🇬🇧 | When the sun meets blizzard in an enchanted forest 🇨🇿 | Když se slunce setká se sněhovou vánicí v čarovném lese 📸🏞🌎 . 🇬🇧 | A series of quickly edited photos from my recent visit to this truly magical forest. The conditions there were really harsh—a fierce, icy wind occasionally swept a layer of snow from the nearby plain and drove it like a swarm of needles through the forest. In addition, at irregular intervals, the sky cleared and let the sunshine through the trees. This combination was so captivating that, despite the relentless wind, I stayed there for about three hours, as every few moments there was a new opportunity to capture this spectacle. I'm sharing a few selected photos with you. . 🇨🇿 | Série v rychlosti upravených fotek z mé nedávné návštěvy tohoto vskutku magického lesa. Podmínky tam panovaly opravdu drsné - prudký a ledový vichr tu a tam sebral vrstvu sněhu z blízké pláně a hnal ho jako roj jehliček krajem lesa. Do toho se v nepravidelných intervalech rozestupovala obloha a vpouštěla mezi stromy sluneční paprsky. Ta kombinace byla natolik pohlcující, že jsem navzdory nelítostnému větru vydržel na místě asi 3 hodiny, jelikož co chvíli se naskytla nová příležitost tuhle hru zachytit. – ABOUT ME –
I pursue the beauty of space through photography. Beauty and aesthetics are elements that intertwine with both of my focus – landscape photography and interiors and architecture photography.
I have a deep relationship with nature and landscape and I’m far from just photographing them. Just being there is uplifting for me and I find in it not only the beauty, but also a certain meditative dimension, calmness and connection. Similarly, I appreciate design and architecture, which also works with space, and the emphasis on beauty and aesthetics is its crucial part. In both cases, I focus on capturing all the important elements in the best possible way and emphasizing and multiplying in the photographs what nature or human hands has created.
Between 2015 and 2020, I worked as an Olympus (currently OM System) product specialist, whose cameras I use and with whom I continue to work as a lecturer and OM System Ambassador.
