🇬🇧 | HOW A PHOTO IS MADE - The Giant mountains troll 🇨🇿 | JAK VZNIKÁ FOTKA - Krušnohorský troll 🇬🇧 | This photo is certainly not one of my best works, but I eventually decided that it deserved to be published. The conditions were favorable in terms of at least having good light, but as you can see, the sky was cloudless, which I solved in two ways—I left very little space for it and also created a brightness and slight color transition so that the sky wasn't just a single-color patch with uniform brightness. This is an elegant way to solve such a situation without replacing the sky. Otherwise, as you can see, the photo wasn't really "touched up" much in terms of editing. And yet - the edits took quite a few layers! Most of them, however, were only minor, barely noticeable steps, and only when all the layers fell into place did the final image emerge. . 🇨🇿 | Tahle fotka určitě nepatří mezi má vrcholná díla, přesto jsem nakonec došel k tomu, že si publikování zaslouží. Podmínky mi přály v tom, že alespoň svítilo, ale jak vidíte, nebe bylo bez mraků, což jsem řešil dvěma způsoby - nechal jsem mu opravdu málo místa a navíc jsem v něm vytvořil jasový a trochu i barevný přechod, aby v nebi nebyla jen jednobarevná placka se stejnoměrným jasem. Tímto způsobem se dá taková situace elegantně řešit bez výměny oblohy. Jinak jak vidíte, s fotkou vlastně nebylo kdoví jak

– ABOUT ME –
I pursue the beauty of space through photography. Beauty and aesthetics are elements that intertwine with both of my focus – landscape photography and interiors and architecture photography.
I have a deep relationship with nature and landscape and I’m far from just photographing them. Just being there is uplifting for me and I find in it not only the beauty, but also a certain meditative dimension, calmness and connection. Similarly, I appreciate design and architecture, which also works with space, and the emphasis on beauty and aesthetics is its crucial part. In both cases, I focus on capturing all the important elements in the best possible way and emphasizing and multiplying in the photographs what nature or human hands has created.
Between 2015 and 2020, I worked as an Olympus (currently OM System) product specialist, whose cameras I use and with whom I continue to work as a lecturer and OM System Ambassador.
